How do I cancel my subscription and resubscribe?

Unfortunately, due to inflation and the generally increased costs of everything, we have had to raise our prices slightly and ask you to cancel and resubscribe in the process.

You must first cancel your current subscription product and then resubscribe to your chosen new product. We cannot do this on your behalf for banking security purposes.

Cancelling your current subscription

1) Log into your account section that was created during your subscription sign up here: www.cotswoldvegbox.com/account

2) If you cannot log in or cannot remember your password, reset your password by entering your email here: www.cotswoldvegbox.com/account/login/request-reset

3) Click Sign In

4) Click the Subscriptions option to see what active subscriptions you have, and which ones you have had previously

5) Click on your active subscription

6) Click cancel subscription (which is in red at the bottom)

7) Click Cancel Subscription in the pop up

8) You will see a model like this which confirms your cancellation.

Signing back up

1) Select the veg box you would like to subscribe too here: www.cotswoldvegbox.com/shop/veg-boxes

2) After selecting which box you would like to sign up too, please select the delivery option you use (Local or National - check delivery zones here) and then click Subscribe

3) Enter your checkout details

4) Finally, hit Subscribe and sit back, relax and wait for your fresh fruit and veggies to be delivered to your door!
