All orders made before our Wednesday 6pm deadline will be packed fresh on Thursday morning and then delivered via next-day delivery to your door via our delivery partner APC.

Delivery to your door
Here’s what you can expect from our service:
Each week we pack your boxes with as much locally grown, seasonal produce as we can get from our local suppliers. This is then topped up with your year-round and exotic favourites to add extra variety.
The contents of our boxes change every week. We will send an email out every Tuesday listing the contents of the boxes for that week. If there is anything on that list you don’t like or won’t need, just let us know via email or in the “veg requests” tab and we’ll swap them for another item we have available.
If your order is in before 6pm on the Wednesday, it will be delivered the same week on either Thursday, Friday or Saturday (depending on location). We don’t give out time slots but do try and keep the runs similar each week so your box arrives at around the same time. If you would like us to give you a rough estimate, get in touch via email.
If you are not in when we arrive to make the delivery we will leave the box on the doorstep, or another obvious sheltered/safe space. If there is somewhere you would like us to leave the box, please leave us specific instructions in the “delivery instructions” tab when placing the order.
All of our drivers are friendly, welcoming and knowledgable so feel free to chat to them about your order on the doorstep, they’re always happy to help.
All payments will be taken online although we may allow cash-on-delivery under certain circumstances.

If you are not eligible for local delivery, then you can now order any of our boxes for national delivery on a Friday. This will cost £3.95 for next-day delivery ensuring your items arrive as fresh as possible!
Please note, for deliveries this coming weekend please place your order before 6:00 pm Wednesday.

You don't need to be at home. In fact, more than 70% of customers are out when we deliver. Deliveries are made by your local vegman/lady (not a courier), who works on a 'round' basis on a set day to maximise efficiency and reduce food miles.
